It Is Fine to Call More Than Once

There is no limit on how many times you can reach out to a support line, whether that is once, occasionally, or regularly over time as things unfold. It is simply there, quietly, for whenever it happens to be needed. This kind of support exists no matter what time it happens to be.

Some people call once and feel ready to move forward, while others find it helpful to check in again and again, and both approaches are completely fine. It is available regardless of how big or small the concern feels. It remains available whether it is a first call or a hundredth one.

1800RESPECT welcomes repeat calls any hour on 1800 737 732, and Lifeline is on 13 11 14 for whenever you need to talk again. It is always worth reaching out, even just to talk something through. Whatever you are feeling right now is reason enough to call. It is completely okay to take things one small step at a time.
