Having a small set of numbers memorised, or saved somewhere easy to find, can make all the difference in a moment that feels overwhelming or urgent. This is worth sharing with anyone else who might need it too. This is one of the easiest ways to find a caring, listening ear. This is a genuinely simple step that can make a real difference.

You do not need to remember every detail, just enough to know that help is only ever a phone call away whenever it is needed most. This kind of support exists no matter what time it happens to be. It remains available whether it is a first call or a hundredth one.

1800RESPECT is 1800 737 732, Lifeline is 13 11 14, Kids Helpline is 1800 55 1800, 13YARN is 13 92 76, and emergencies are 000. Taking that first step counts for a great deal, however small it feels. Whatever you are feeling right now is reason enough to call. These services exist precisely for moments like this one.
